  • One key aspect of the project involved leveraging the Google Map API to visually showcase various properties on Google Maps through distinct markers. This interactive feature allowed clients to click on markers and view the precise location of available properties.
  • Furthermore, I orchestrated the integration of onOffice software with the property portal using openimmo. This integration streamlined the process for property sellers who had accounts on the onOffice software. Sellers could effortlessly export single or multiple property details directly from onOffice, eliminating the need for manual insertion on the portal. The openimmo standard, based on XML, facilitated the exchange of property details across more than 300 fields, including contact information and property actions such as insert, update, and delete.
  • As part of my responsibilities, I spearheaded the development of a sophisticated search filter. This feature enabled clients to refine property searches based on specific criteria, enhancing the overall user experience and ensuring efficient property discovery.
